Tiny mold joint lines, minor edge burrs and faint surface scratch marks are standard mass production traces, not product defects, returns based on above reasons will not be accepted.
2. Plating Anti-tarnish Wear Disclaimer
   Electroplating layer only offers short-term anti-tarnish effect under dry daily environment, not permanent fade-proof. Long contact with sweat, perfume, disinfectant, seawater or damp air causes tarnish and plating peeling. Repeated squeezing or hard friction wears off surface plating. All above are normal wear, free replacement and compensation are unavailable.
3. Size & Compatibility Tolerance Disclaimer
   Inner hole and overall sizes are manually measured with ±0.1mm tolerance. Only fit standard thin craft wire, not for extra thick copper wire or elastic cord. Buyer bears return shipping cost if crimps cannot clamp your wire due to thickness mismatch.
4. Operation Disclaimer
   Flat nose pliers are required for crimping. Uneven hand pressure may lead to loose grip or cracking; excessive squeezing force breaks the crimp tube. Damage caused by improper operation is not product defect, no after-sales compensation will be offered.
5. Safety Warning Disclaimer
   Tiny hard metal parts included. Keep away from children under 3 to avoid ingestion, cuts and suffocation risk. Sharp edges, wear protection while crimping. Keep away from open flame & high heat, high temperature destroys plating.
6. Transit Damage Disclaimer
   Minor surface scratches or slight deformation on individual pieces from transit friction can recover by gentle pinching and do not affect DIY crafting, which are not eligible for full pack free replacement. Only massive cracking or missing pieces can be verified for after-sales service with clear photos.
7. Artificial Damage Disclaimer
   Plating peeling, tube cracking and tarnish caused by long chemical/salt water soaking, violent repeated squeezing, polishing, high-temperature baking or heavy rolling are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
8. Tariff & Shipping Fee Disclaimer
   Buyers shall bear all round-trip international shipping fees, customs duties and clearance charges for non-defect returns. We do not cover any logistics cost for rejected or abandoned parcels.
